First, GSLT students learn leadership concepts and skills to assess and build their personal and team’s own strengths, personalities, and leadership capacities.
Next, GSLT students teach the core curriculum to the community of student leaders at their local high schools in order to cultivate a high-performance culture.
Finally, GSLT students serve their local schools and communities by creating a legacy of leadership that promotes student involvement and overall excellence.
Chloe Stegeman is a Dallas-based healthcare consultant, graduating from Dacula High School in 2011 and Vanderbilt University in 2015.
She was recently featured as The Dean's List's #WCW because she "strives to live out gratitude and embrace humility & humor on the path to success." Here's what she has to say on motivation:
"What motivates you?"
CS: I’m eternally grateful for the people who have poured into me as friends, teachers, coaches, and mentors. Reflecting on my experiences to date, I am blown away by the thoughtfulness and intentionality that has been expressed towards me by “my people.” Every season may not be covered in rainbows or look and feel like success, but knowing I have a loving, strong support system keeps me hungry in a life-long pursuit to pay it forward and cultivate goodness in all the ways it has been afforded to me.
Chloe remains an active GSLT alumna, having worked both behind the scenes and on-stage to facilitate several GSLT Summit and Retreats. In honor of her passion, tireless servitude, and people-oriented career work, we're honored to showcase her as our first Alumni Spotlight!
